My client are a London based boutique recruitment business who focus on Accountancy and Finance they are small but well established and have a credible reputation. They split the business into three specialist teams who deliver permanent and interim briefs across CandI, FS as well as NFP/Third sector.Although this is a small firm they have invested in some excellent technology, this individual will work with an innovative personality predictive profiler tool which helps them qualify candidates quickly. This firm are entrepreneurial and open minded, and forward thinking. This next hire is either going to be someone with an appetite to grow and manage an interim team or someone who wants to be a career biller.Role context

This sounds like a great place to work; consultants work autonomously but collaboratively. This firm are very well established on the perm team and recruit Accountants from the transactional level up to CFO, salaries ranging from £25,000-£150,000. They have recently invested in a very experienced Director to build out the interims team who has made an excellent start. They now need a number two to support the director in continuing the growth.
