Kennedys is looking for a Talent Development Advisor to join our Talent team based in Chelmsford, London or Manchester. The Talent Advisor will be responsible for advising and supporting on learning and development, talent management, and people performance across UK and EMEA. They will work closely with the Senior Talent Manager, Learning and Development Managers and the wider HR team.TeamThe Kennedys HR team is over 85 strong and supports the firm around the world with all people related matters.The HR team is based across Kennedys'' five regions; APAC, EMEA, US, LATAM and UK.
