Key Responsibilities Lead and support compliance activities including audits, complaints handling, and SOP reviews.Ensure alignment with regulatory standards including CQC and HFEA ( experience with HFEA is highly desirable).Manage weekly complaint reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to the Group Quality Manager.Maintain and enhance quality documentation and systems.About You Experience in healthcare, fertility, laboratory, or pharmaceutical quality management.Strong understanding of compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.Qualification relevant to CQC compliance is preferred.DesirablePrior exposure to fertility services or HFEA-regulated environments.
