across London and beyond.Build, lead, and

that deliver sustainable, repeatable growth at speed.Develop compelling
value propositions
that differentiate IMREADY.UK in a competitive market.Drive performance against
aggressive monthly and quarterly targets

scalable sales systems and processes .Continuously
analyze, optimize, and iterate

7–10 years
of success in senior business development, partnerships, or sales leadership roles.Commercially ruthless : You think strategically, act decisively, and deliver results under pressure.Scaling expert : Experience
building and leading large, field-based or territory-based sales teams .Negotiation master : Exceptional persuasion and stakeholder management skills at C-suite level.High-performance mindset : You thrive in fast-paced,
