Private Client Solicitor (0-2 PQE) - Wills, Probate and Estate Planning Banbury Full-time Excellent Career ProgressionA well-established, full-service regional law firm with multiple offices across the South East is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) to join its growing Wills, Trusts and Probate team based in Banbury.This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Solicitor to develop their career in private client law, working alongside an experienced and supportive team within a firm known for delivering high-quality client service.You will inherit an existing caseload of private client matters while also supporting the continued growth of the department.The RoleAs a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of matters including:Drafting Wills and estate planning documentationProbate and estate administrationInheritance tax and succession planningPreparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)Advising on mental capacity issuesCourt of Protection applications including deputyships and statutory willsTrust creation and trust administrationAdvising executors, trustees, attorneys and deputies on their duties and responsibilitiesSupporting clients with cross-border estates and complex family mattersYou will work closely with colleagues across the firm and maintain strong relationships with clients during sensitive and often complex matters.About YouThe firm is seeking a Solicitor who is passionate about private client work and committed
