This role can be based from any of our regional offices across England and Scotland with required travel to relevant projects. Due to the nature of our projects, we require individuals to hold full work rights within the UK, coupled with being eligible for SC level Security Clearance. What you''ll be doing As an Electrical Design Engineer , you will have the following accountabilities; Create electrical designs and procure specialist packages in heavy industries. Design LV electrical distribution systems. Create the following documentation: Specifications and Datasheets, Cable Calculations and Schedules, Drawings (via CAD team). Review and check manufacturer document / information for compliance withproject specifications. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant technical consultants andsuppliers. Who we''re looking for Qualities and experience: Must be proficient in Trimble (Amtech) ProDesign. Clear focus on collaboration and building relationships with other designers andproject teams to deliver cost effective and acceptable design solution Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and write clearly and succinctly Promote innovation and continuous improvement in design. Excellent IT Skills are desirable. Microsoft Office ex
