Electric House...

Nestled among the pastel-coloured houses of Notting Hill, Electric House is located on Portobello Road next to one of the city''s oldest cinemas. The club features a roof garden with an original domed ceiling, plus a programme of member events and late-night parties. An all-day menu is served in the main area on the first floor where there is an extended oak bar, plus a choice of informal lounge seating in upholstered sofas and leather chesterfield armchairs. Alternatively, you can opt for a cosy banquette booth with views of the open kitchen and wood-fire grill.

The Role...

As the Junior Sous Chef, your duties will include recruiting and training new employees, adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences as well as working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests. You will have an in-depth health and safety knowledge ensuring that standards are kept in line with HACCP.
