Business Development Manager

Responsibilities Business Strategy: Work with senior management implementing strategic business development plans to expand our presence in target markets and achieve revenue targets. Sales Administration: Engage potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our app development, cyber security, and cloud services offerings. Ensuring that all enquiries and sales are handled in line with the ISO9001 quality manual. Customer Relations: Coordinate the sales process, from initial contact through to scoping, proposals and contract agreement. Ongoing account management ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
