Job Description: Mechanical Estimator 40,000 to 60,000 Greenwich My client has been providing Mechanical and Electrical services to its clients in Kent and London for over 10 years. They have established a strong reputation for consistently delivering fantastic projects and as a result they are hiring. Duties: Estimating in the MandE department for a main contractor. Producing estimates for Planned Maintenance, Construction and New Build. Compiling Tenders varying from University and School refurbishments to Multi storey housing developments for local authority. Preparing and compiling all elements of the Mechanical bid such as Renewable Technologies and Air Conditioning/Ventilation. The Tenders range in price from refurbishment projects circa 100K to large housing developments worth over 2M in Mechanical value. Requirements: Hardworking individual with a strong engineering and design background. Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator. Proficient at Auto CAD and BIM technology. Ability to understand technical drawings in both 2D and 3D.
