Contracts Administrator, Admin, Contracts Support, Construction, Administrator, Assistant, Perm Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a Contracts Administrator to join our Roofing client on a permanent basis. Candidates must have previous administrative experience. This role will require 5 days per week onsite in Bristol. Responsibilities: Setting up new projects within internal system (NAV) and managing budget updates Assisting with applications for payment and PQQ submissions Coordinating procurement, office orders and supplier/vendor onboarding. Organising travel, accommodation and training requirements for the service centre. Managing fleet administration and office safety checks (audits, first aid, fire, PAT testing) Supporting and minuting weekly contracts meetings Compiling Oandamp;M manuals and maintaining central filing systems Assisting with subcontractor and supplier vetting Logging and tracking complaints Skills to include: Strong administrative skills with experience in a similar role Confident using Microsoft Office and managing databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using bespoke systems (training provided on NAV) Contracts Administrator, Admin, Contracts Support, Construction, Administrator, Assistant, Perm
