Bookkeeper - Part Time Salary: 28,000 depending on experience (FTE)Location: Outskirts of RedhillBenefits: Private medical insurance, company pension, free parkingLloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a local organisation in search of a Bookkeeper to join their team.The role of the Bookkeeper is to maintain accurate financial records for the business, tracking money in and out through tasks such as processing invoices, managing cash flow, and preparing for taxes.This is a great opportunity to join a growing business which offers flexible / part time hours.Bookkeeper Key ResponsibilitiesRecording transactions - processing sales and purchase invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely mannerManaging accounts - reconciling bank statements, reviewing cash flow and balances weekly, managing HMRC bills, employee payments, and expensesMatching purchase orders with invoices, allocating and sending to DextPaying vendor invoicesPreparing payroll and managing expense claimsCompleting and submitting VAT returns; assisting with annual accountsProviding regular financial reports to support business decision-makingProducing monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheetsLiaising with the company''s accountant, particularly for year-end accountsSkills and Qualifications:Part time: 15 hours per week across 2 days (would consider 3)Working times: Between 8am - 5pm (some flexibility available)Recognised accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent)Minimum 2 years
