Technical Sales Administrator required for an engineering company based in Watford. The aim of the position will include the following: Increase the company''s sales by interacting with customers. Carrying out sales admin and logistical activities to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time. Introducing new and maintaining existing product ranges. Technical Sales Administrator - Engineering Position Overview Sales Admin - Order processing and progressing; following up customer enquiries and marketing activities; following up on actions in conjunction with the field sales team; liaising with the field sales team about customer opportunities. Tech Support - providing technical support to the external sales team and customers, including preparation of quotes; giving guidance on product selection.
