Practising a good standard of hygiene in all aspects of the job. Carry out, sign and date all cleaning duties in accordance with cleaning schedules. Daily and weekly use of equipment and materials. Ordering, receiving and receipting non-foodstuffs and cleaning materials. Following cleaning methods as per instruction and work schedules for all equipment, surfaces and floors. Wearing of protective clothing supplied and adherence to C.O.S.H.H., H.A.C.C.P., Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations at all times. Reporting the need for repairs to equipment/machinery to Estates Services Department. Reporting accidents/incidents immediately they occur.Criteri
