Jointly responsible for the overall HandS of employees within the immediate vicinity of the Pressroom department.Ensuring you and your crew comply with Company Policies and hygiene regulations.In the absence of a shift Manager you will approve and sign off your own work.As a printer you are expected to be self-reliant, able to take decisions quickly on your own behalf, and to distinguish situations where problems should be referred to your manager.Ensuring efficient organisation and make-readies are planned and performed for every job within the recommended/specified make ready time and within the allowance for spoilage.Ensuring the best quality of product is achieved and maintained and the running speed is maximised for the job format.Mixing ink
