Director of People

Salary: 56,000 to 70,000 per annum (incl. They have strong financial health and in 2023 were graded as a Good with Outstanding features by Ofsted.As Director of People, youll shape a progressive People Strategy grounded in Catholic values, fostering a supportive and empowering workplace. Youll lead recruitment, talent development, CPD and wellbeing initiatives, while embedding staff engagement and advising senior leaders on best HR practices.As a champion of coaching, mentoring and leadership development, youll drive equity, diversity and inclusion across the Sixth Forms. Our client seek an emotionally intelligent, values-driven leader with senior HR experience - ideally in education. Our client is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of young people.
