The Role We''re looking for an organised Assistant Project Manager to join our team and take charge of quoting for both our maintenance division and larger works projects . You''ll be producing a high volume of quotes , sourcing materials, and helping make sure jobs are profitable and well-run. You''ll also play a key role in improving our current quoting systems and processes . Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely quotes for maintenance jobs and larger refurbishment projects. Review and improve our existing quoting process and documentation. Source and order materials at the best value. Monitor costs and margins on ongoing projects. Liaise with clients and the internal team to clarify job scopes and manage expectations. Handle contract documentation, terms, and agreements in line with legal and commercial standards.
