This isn''t just about ticking boxes, it''s about raising the bar.What you will do as a Quality ManagerLead the charge on continuous quality improvement across apprenticeships, adult learning, partnerships and corporate servicesTrack achievement, retention and destination data like a quality detective, always looking for the next improvement opportunityDesign and implement a Corporate Services Quality Framework that actually works (and people want to use!)Manage the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processes (because you know a good SAR is worth its weight in gold!)Collaborate with curriculum leaders, quality teams and external partners to ensure every learner gets a top-tier experienceSupport inspections and external quality assurance visits like a pro, because you''re always "inspection ready"!Manage the college''s complaints and compliments process with fairness, speed and a touch of diplomacyExperience/Qualifications of a Quality ManagerExperience managing quality in an educational setting, especially around apprenticeships and adult learningA Level 5 teaching qualification and a head for data, detail and deadlinesA calm, clear communicator who can build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholdersBe a creative thinker who sees quality not as a checklist, but as a cultureHave a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvementYou''ll be part of a college that''s serious about quality - but not afraid to have a little fun along the way.
