At our services we provide support to adults with mental health problems and complex needs, including people affected by drug and alcohol misuse. We offer high quality support, to help people take control, improve the quality of their lives and face the future with confidence. Role Responsibility As a recovery support worker, there''s no such a thing as a typical day - every day is interesting and varied. Being a good communicator is essential to be able to get on with people of all ages and from all backgrounds and you will also be liaising with other professionals. No matter how complex a person''s needs, whether they''ve tried support services or not in the past, we can provide person-centered support that helps individuals decrease isolation, increase independence, learn new skills, integrate into the community and make the most of every new opportunity.
