Unlike traditional survey methods, we leverage advanced Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) technology to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable data solutions.OverviewThe General Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s overall commercial and business strategy. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in business development, commercial strategy, and operational leadership, combined with knowledge and experience in USV systems and marine data collection.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe General Manager will be responsible for driving Subsea Xplorer’s business growth and strategic direction, ensuring commercial success and operational excellence.Key responsibilities include:Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the company’s overall business strategy, aligning with market trends and technological advancements.Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.Client Relationship Management:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships and early visibility of future contracts and opportunities.Sales Process Management:

Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.Market and Competitive Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform decision-making.Work cross-functionally with Projects:

Work closely with the Projects, Survey, and Marine teams to align business opportunities with operational capacity.Financial Oversight:

Develop revenue forecasts, monitor financial performance, and contribute to budgeting processes.Continuous Learning:
