Our aim is to maintain and improve the overall independence levels of the people we support through rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration.Role ResponsibilitiesAssess each resident''s physical, psychological, and social needs and develop a care plan.Continuously evaluate care needs and ensure that care plans and records are up-to-date and accurate.Provide daily visits to assess individual needs and assist service users to maximize their comfort and dignity.Lead a multi-disciplinary shift team, supervising staff and guiding their development.Who We AreWe’re here to support people to flourish in a place they call home.
