About the Role We are looking for a Clinical Deputy Home Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to support the leadership of a well-established nursing home in Newark, Nottinghamshire. As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. You will also take responsibility for the running of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
