My client is a global financial information services provider, looking for an additional lawyer to join their group legal team in London, with a focus on supporting the part of their business that provides insights, data and analytics.Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of matters including drafting and negotiating financial data agreements and routine and complex contracts (e.g., sale and purchase agreements).Advise on general corporate and company secretarial matters and ad hoc matters and risks affecting the business.Qualifications

Corporate lawyer with 4-8 PQETrained and qualified into the corporate team of a top-tier city law firmWilling to move from transactional MandA work into a more diversified in-house roleExposure to financial information provider clients is beneficial but not requiredDetails
