Candidate Aftercare:- Provide ongoing support to workers during their assignments.- Handle payroll and resolve pay queries promptly.- Regularly check in with associates to address any concerns Operational Support:- Oversee the scheduling of blue-collar workers.- Assist the Contract Manager in filling vacancies and maintaining adherence to policies. Training and Development:- Attend training courses to enhance your skills and performance.- Maintain excellent relationships with both clients and workers.
