Our client, a leading Building Services company, is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of multiple commercial buildings across Cardiff and surrounding areas. Job details: Develop, maintain and optimise control systems implementations including operation and maintenance procedures. Facilities Maintenance including but not exclusive to: Emergency lighting. L8 water monitoring. AHU servicing and maintenance. Fan coil service and maintenance. Electrical works. Basic plumbing works Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20. Complete electronic and paper records of all tasks carried out and filed in site logbooks. Must be willing to work out of hours when required and be part of the out of hours call out rota (1 in 8). Qualifications / Experience: Possess a recognised trade qualification in the engineering sector; Electrical Engineering and ideally qualified to the 18th Edition of IEE Wiring Regulations. Recognised apprenticeship (Preferred but not essential). Experience in a similar commercial maintenance environment (Essential).
