The Opportunity

An international private practice firm is seeking a talented Investment Funds Associate to join its London office. This role offers exposure to a broad range of fund structures and clients, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds and impact investors.You’ll advise leading global institutions, fund managers and investors on complex fund-related matters, with a particular focus on cross-border work and investments in emerging and frontier markets.Key Responsibilities

Advising on the structuring, formation, and operation of investment funds across multiple asset classesDrafting and negotiating fund documentation, side letters and investor agreementsSupporting international institutions, including development finance and other impact-focused investorsAdvising on GP removal, replacement and other governance issuesManaging transactions across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with local counselBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiativesAbout You

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent)2–6 years’ post-qualification experience within a leading law firm or top-tier practiceStrong background in investment funds and/or private equity transactionsDemonstrable experience advising on cross-border fund structuresExcellent drafting, negotiation and project management skillsCommercially astute, client-focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentConfident team player with strong communication skillsWhat’s on Offer
