About the RoleWe are seeking a Director of Client Solutions and Growth to lead business expansion and solution innovation within our facilities management operations. This role identifies market opportunities, develops client-centric service solutions, and drives long-term, profitable growth. The ideal candidate brings deep FM industry experience, commercial acumen, and a passion for transforming customer needs into scalable offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Development and Innovation – Design and evolve integrated facilities management solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop operating models, digital transformation initiatives, and sustainability-focused offerings.
Benchmark and introduce industry innovations that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and client value.
Oversee pre-sales solution design, pricing strategy, and customised proposals.
Strategic
Growth – Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives across core offerings.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market trends.
Oversee bid strategy and management for large-scale FM tenders, working cross-functionally with operations and finance.
Lead strategic bidding and major client acquisition initiatives.
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term revenue planning and market expansion.
Client and Market
Insights – Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs.
Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for service innovation and positioning.
Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand challenges and co-create relevant messaging and offerings.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Respond to and manage client enquiries via website, LinkedIn and government portals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients and prospects, translating needs into strategic solutions.
Engage with senior stakeholders to co-create value propositions aligned with business goals.
Work closely with operations, finance, and technical leads to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions.
Team
Leadership – Build and lead a high-performing team of commercially focused specialists.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Champion a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability within the team.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Proven success in developing and closing large-scale FM contracts or enterprise-level solutions.
Strong understanding of FM service delivery models, contract structures, and operational drivers.
Excellent strategic thinking, commercial insight, and analytical capability.
Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
Exposure to workplace transformation or integrated services.
Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS tools, ESG/sustainability frameworks, or digital FM platforms.
Experience in both public and private sector FM environments.
Strong network across real estate, CRE, or FM industry segments.
