Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced and established Internal Sales Negotiator to join their busy client in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will have strong Sales Experience as well as previous experience selling Civil Engineering Materials.

The Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:30

Salary: £35k to £45k (dependent on experience)

This role involves:

• generate and find new leads
• bringing on new business through cold calling
• account managing existing customers
• providing quotations and processing orders
• liaising with suppliers
• ensuring customer satisfaction and strong relationships
• manage and update CRM
• propose new products based on market demand
• monitor competitor pricing and performance
• follow up on quotes and lapsed business
• arrange and attend meetings & joint calls with externals

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

• strong sales experience and strong knowledge and experience of the civils market
• able to bring on new business
• strong negotiation skills
• confident telephone manor
• computer literate
• fluent English speaking, reading and writing
• able to commute to Hemel Hempstead
