Provide practical and emotional support to adults with mental health conditions.Promote independent living skills by assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, household tasks, and budgeting.Encourage personal care and medication management in line with individual support plans.Support service users in attending health appointments and accessing community and social activities.Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment.Maintain accurate records and complete service user logs, providing clear communication during handovers.Safeguarding responsibilities to ensure a safe and secure environment for all service users.How to Apply
