Key Responsibilities System Operations and Maintenance Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical building systems, including HVAC, lighting, AHUs, CHP, GSHP, BMS, and emergency power systems. Develop and implement preventative and reactive maintenance strategies to ensure reliability and safety. Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to optimize energy use.
