They are looking for a hands on ServiceNow Specialist with strong ITSM experience to design, configure, and implement enterprise-level solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutionsConfigure platform components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutionsManage core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)Work with CMDB and CSDM frameworksBuild and support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)Lead stakeholder workshops and solution design sessionsEssential SkillsActive SC Clearance (must already hold)Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementationsStrong configuration and development experience within ServiceNowKnowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow data modelExperience with integrations (APIs, data mapping)Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsDesirableServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)Exposure to ITOM, CSM or AI modulesExperience with eBonding/Service ExchangeIf the role aligns with your experience please apply with your updated CV
