This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills further in a dynamic workplace and will involve:

• Ensuring contracts are in line with company standards to a high level of accuracy.
• Liaising with internal departments daily.
• Being the key point of contact for contract or RAMS queries.
• Maintaining high level of accuracy with quotes, RAMS and purchase orders.
• Using in house database to check stock and contracts.
• Performing data entry on Excel.
• Providing ad hoc administration support.

The suitable candidate will have:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Previous experience in a busy administrative role.
• Comfortable with Office 365 packages including Excel.
• Good communication both written and verbal.
