Main Purpose of JobAs an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be involved in various IT infrastructure projects, ranging from small to large scales, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Job Description / Duties and ResponsibilitiesUndertake and manage infrastructure-related projects, ensuring comprehensive design and implementation as an SME.Oversee small-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.Maintain open and clear communication with clients regarding project developments and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Develop detailed project plans, proposals, and applications to secure necessary approvals for project initiation.Generate project highlight reports for both management and client review, providing transparency and updates on project status.Coordinate with third-party vendors to facilitate necessary changes and implementations within the project framework.Provide support and resolution for technical issues that emerge during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption.Travel to branch offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to ensure consistent project execution and alignment with corporate standards.Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

ExperienceTechnical Experience:3-5 years of technical experience, showing a track record of increasing responsibility.Cloud Experience:Proficient in cloud technology (especially AWS and Azure). Experience in on-premise to cloud migration and designing and implementing cloud-native services is essential.Entra ID Experience:Knowledge of Entra ID, indicating an understanding of identity management solutions.Server Experience:Extensive experience in server support, including design and implementation.Multi-site IT Environment:Experience working within a multi-site networked IT environment.Security Expertise:Strong background in server and network security.Microsoft 365 Technologies:Experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 SaaS and PaaS technologies.Storage Solutions:Experience with SAN storage solutions and server management.Networking Skills:Basic networking experience, including familiarity with SD-WAN.

Knowledge and SkillsAWS and Azure knowledge and skills are essential.Windows OS and Server application experience is necessary.ADFSExchangeLAN/WAN NetworkingSD-WANStorage/SANIT SecurityMicrosoft 365Excellent server troubleshooting skills.Solid understanding of general networking technologies and protocols.Experience with Cisco Wireless environment is an advantage.Experience with Palo Alto Firewall is an advantage.Good documentation skills.Good skills in computer network security.Skills in networking technologies and protocols are beneficial.
