BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to work with a well-known Housing Association in the Manchester area.

We are looking for someone to deliver a high quality and effective Allocations, Tenancy and Estate Management (Including low level ASB) service to the tenants and applicants within a defined locality patch.

Key duties include but are not limited too;

• Lead on all aspects of tenancy management, dealing with any tenancy breaches, tenancy changes and other tenancy management processes
• Ensure tenancy sustainability through effective tenancy management, allocations and interventions
• To ensure tenancy sustainability through effective tenancy management, allocations and interventions
• Carrying out regular estate inspections, identifying and resolving issues directly or in liaison with internal teams or other external agencies

Pay rate; -27ph UMB (PAYE also available)

Hours; Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm

You will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle

This is a temp ongoing role until the end of the year to start ASAP
