Sous Chef

From banquets and weddings to VIP launches and stadium hospitality, this role offers variety, pace, and the chance to be part of truly memorable experiences.The Role:Support the Head Chef in running kitchen operations across multiple events

Lead and inspire a team of chefs to deliver high-volume, high-quality service

Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every dish

Oversee prep, stock management, and HACCP compliance

Adapt to different styles of service, from fine dining to large-scale banqueting

What Were Looking For:Previous experience as a Sous Chef in events, fine dining, or high-volume catering

A hands-on leader with strong organisational skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments

Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for presentation

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules
