Key focus areas include: - Managing complex ER cases with confidence and empathy - Coaching managers on people management and policy - Supporting reward processes and organisational design activity - Using data and insight to drive better people decisions - Promoting a culture of inclusion, wellbeing and performance About You You''ll be a proactive, solutions-focused HR professional who thrives on variety and challenge.
