Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to the required standards and SLA targets.Maintain a reputation for high-quality soft services within the hospital environment and seek opportunities to improve further.Build positive, productive working relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.Work to own initiative where appropriate and be reliable, hardworking, and professional.Follow schedules, work as a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.Qualifications

Experience in cleaning is preferred; training can be provided.Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
