Business Support Officer

Support with monthly reporting and sales figures, ensuring updates are accurate and submitted on time.Assist in reviewing and comparing supplier quotes, fees, and contracts (e.g. utilities, catering, maintenance).Coordinate a variety of property-related tasks, including fire alarm servicing, utility renewals, ground rent queries, drainage inspections - as well as many other ad hoc property and site issues as they arise.Manage email correspondence, documentation, and follow-up actions on behalf of the Director.Keep internal records updated (e.g. access permissions, service schedules, supplier lists).Liaise with contractors, service providers, and local authorities to arrange works or clarify issues.Provide administrative support around review management, fee structures, policy updates, and customer communications.Assist with basic financial summaries, expense comparisons, and service reviews."Please note: Only candidates with an MBA (or equivalent qualification) OR a minimum of 15 years'' experience in a managerial role will be considered; applications that do not meet these criteria will not be reviewed."
