As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include: Generating leads and sales opportunities through industry research, cold calling, and visiting prospective clients. Responding to customer queries by scheduling meetings, visiting sites, and quoting for preventative maintenance and immediate facilities management, as well as associated property maintenance/refurbishment requirements. Utilizing site visits to identify additional business/sales opportunities not initially recognized or mentioned by the client.
