Responsibilities:As an MandA Tax Senior Manager, you will…Provide strategic commercial advice to clients, across a range of sectors on their transactionsAnalyse financial data to consider potential tax implications; working with your clients on potential mitigation strategiesManage and mentor junior team members, developing them to be the best they can beWork closely with the Partner on business development efforts, attending networking events, and client pitches/meetings

Requirements:As an MandA Tax Senior Manager, you will need…ACA, CTA qualifications or equivalentExperience working in MandA and/or Transaction taxIdeally knowledge of multiple sectors from a Tax perspective, but specialists can be consideredDesire to push on towards Director and Partner
