The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in a range of plastic forming techniques and a strong background in working with heated forming processes.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor machinery for Line Bending, ensuring precision bends along heated stripsConduct Sheet Heating to form materials using multiple heated stripsPerform Dome Blowing techniques using heat and air pressure to form complex domesCarry out Vacuum Forming using heated plastic sheets and moulds with negative air pressureApply Drape Forming processes, shaping materials using gravity and heat over mouldsInterpret technical drawings and specificationsPerform quality checks and maintain high standards of finishFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresRequirements:Proven experience in plastic moulding and forming processesSkilled in operating relevant machinery and toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerancesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and problem-solving skillsBenefits:Competitive salarySupportive work environmentOpportunities for training and progressionTo Apply:Please apply through the advert with your CV to Pertemps Wolverhampton and a consultant will be in touch
