On the back of a recently receiving a large number of construction projects, a valued client of BMSL-are looking to take on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Swansea. You will have the opportunity to manage projects as a stand alone Senior-QS, and have full exposure to clients.-

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor must:

- Have a relevant degree

- Have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

- Have experience working on projects within construction

- Have experience working on projects from inception to completion

- Have good communication and client facing skills

Salary: -65k to -70k

Working week as standard: 7.30am to 4pm
