initial client brief through to on-site delivery . You’ll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination.Key Responsibilities:Lead projects independently from concept to completionDevelop design and technical packages using AutoCADLiaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractorsPrepare planning and building regulations submissionsSkills and Experience:Proven experience in a similar roleStrong AutoCAD skills essentialProficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop advantageousExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionThis is an exciting opportunity to gain
