Community Insight and Engagement Lead (Interim)With the upcoming election, a potential new administration and significant transformation activity underway, this role will ensure the council''s engagement work is coordinated, meaningful and connected to policy and service change.Key responsibilitiesDesign and deliver a summer programme of resident engagement across the boroughCommission, procure and contract manage external resident insight and engagement commissions Oversee consultations and engagement activity across the Strategy and Communities teamEnsure resident insight informs policy development and transformation workCoordinate work with partners including the VCS funding working groupStrengthen how community insight is captured, analysed and fed into decision-makingWe are looking for someone whoHas strong experience in community engagement and consultation.
