Our client is an accountancy practice based in the city, who are seeking a qualified ACCA/or ACA accountant to join the team. They are looking to recruit a person to run a portfolio of accountancy and tax clients inc personal and corporation. You will be currently working in a similar role within practice of a firm accountants. You will be proficient in the preparation of financial statements and regularly prepare financial statements in accordance with FRS105 and FRS102(1A). You will help to supervise staff, some of which will be qualified. You will be expected to have a good tax knowledge. You will be proficient in Xero and Quickbooks. You must have at least 3 years tax work experience i On the tax side, you will predominantly be preparing personal tax returns for self employed people, high net worth individuals etc but would also be expected to have a good knowledge of corporation tax. you will generally be expected to have a good understanding of all types of tax.
