Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead commercial strategies for flagship events, setting and achieving ambitious income targets.Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new and existing partners, including members of regional networks and external organisations.Sponsorship Management: Oversee acquisition and fulfilment of sponsorships, ensuring delivery of rights and exceptional partner experience.Event Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship elements across all events.Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations and provide detailed feedback reports to inform future strategies.
