Currently recruiting for a new Part-Time Administrator for a manufacturing business in the Aston area of Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Due diligence and understanding company procedures,
- Provide admin support and that the working environment is clean and well kept
- Creating logs of IT equipment who has what
- Point of contact to log questions / quries from the business employees
Skills and experience
- Eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Team worker
- Telephone Skills
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel Outlook)
- Good knowledge of Administrative/Clerical procedures
Role
- Days: Wednesday to Friday
- Hours 08:30- 17:00
- Possibly open to Mon-Fri 9am-2pm
- Salary-£25K (pro rata)
- Strong benefits package
- 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays
