Job Title: Water Hygiene Team Leader
Location: Tottenham
Salary: -35,000 - -44,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent | 37.5 hours per week + overtime

An established and progressive water hygiene business is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join its expanding engineering team. The company operates across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial environments, delivering high-quality water treatment and compliance services with a strong focus on safety and standards.

Key Duties

• Leading, supporting, and developing a team of water hygiene engineers
• Carrying out routine water hygiene tasks such as temperature monitoring, system flushing, and TMV maintenance
• Conducting inspections, cleaning, and disinfection of tanks, calorifiers, and associated systems
• Completing basic remedial plumbing works when required
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, site personnel, and internal departments

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years'' experience within water hygiene or plumbing
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Good working knowledge of industry standards such as ACoP L8, HSG274, and HTM 04-01
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant water hygiene qualifications or certifications
