The Role You''ll be sitting within the Capital Delivery Team, delivering a mixed portfolio that is approximately 80% technical / 20% project management, covering: Electrical Engineering across housing stock Electrical design, compliance and assurance Delivery of small-value capital projects Life-safety systems including: oFire alarms oSmoke alarms oEmergency lighting This is a hands-on role where you''ll be expected to contribute from day one, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and residents. Key Requirements Public sector experience is essential (local authority, housing association, NHS, etc.) Proven experience delivering housing works / small-value projects Strong technical knowledge of: oFire alarm systems oEmergency lighting oElectrical safety and compliance Qualifications and Certifications City and Guilds (relevant electrical discipline) HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering IEEE or equivalent professional body membership Strong working knowledge of current electrical regulations and compliance standards Details
