Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Lewes andamp; Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
andbull; Supporting students individually or in small groups.
andbull; Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
andbull; Managing behaviour and ensuring that all students are engaged and focused.
andbull; Adapting quickly to new environments and building relationships with students and staff.

Requirements:
andbull; Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable.
andbull; A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
andbull; Good communication and interpersonal skills.
andbull; Current DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
