Provide 24/7 technical assistance and resolve issues related to Warehouse Management and Material Flow Systems Assist customers in troubleshooting and logging issues into the support ticketing system Collaborate with the support team to write and update technical knowledge base articles Help manage escalations and support customer service through the account management team. What are we looking for? Eager to develop technical skills in a high-demand industry. Comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including weekends and nights. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Attention to detail alongside good verbal and written communication skills Desirable: Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL (Oracle / Postgres)
